Chapter II brings senior financial-services operating experience to business decisions, transformation and leadership hiring.

We founded the firm to work directly with business leaders on challenges we understand firsthand. We have led businesses, managed P&Ls, built teams and made decisions with responsibility for the outcomes. We understand the pressures of growth, the discipline of managing risk and the work required to turn a decision into results.

Our three practices—Advisory, Transformation and Talent Search—reflect how business challenges connect. A growth priority may require a strategic choice, a change in how work gets done, or a different leadership capability. We look at those connections before defining the work.

Vikas brings nearly three decades of experience across ICICI Bank and ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd.

His work spans retail banking, customer experience and operations, alongside credit policy, fraud risk, governance and collections. He also brings experience in technology and digital initiatives, connecting business priorities with the processes and controls needed to deliver them.

Vikas Goel

Former Business Head – Rural Assets, IDFC FIRST Bank

Vikas brings nearly three decades of experience across Citigroup, ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and IDFC FIRST Bank.

His work spans retail and rural banking, lending, distribution and business operations, with experience in P&L management, products, portfolio management and collections. His background also includes fraud risk, operational risk and audit, bringing business and control perspectives to the same discussion.
